The initial evaluation session is 60-minutes long and includes a full 3-D video analysis of your running as well as flexibility and strengthening exercises specific to your most significant running technique goals. The follow-up session is 30-minutes long and will provide individualized guidance on how to best incorporate your improved technique into your training.
