Denver Running Technique courses
There has been a heated debate over the past few years about how people should run. Are the flashy and expensive shoes really the best? Body In Motion offers an instructional running seminar to answer these questions. We teach proper running form for each individual based on prior injuries and personal pace. This running clinic is hands down the most comprehensive assessment available in the community. Participants will learn the most efficient way to run for their individual body type, allowing them to run more comfortably and greatly decrease the potential for injury.
The ENHANCE Running Introductory Workshop is a 90-minute class. It's fun, easy and no prior or base fitness level is required. During the session you will have before and after video footage taken to guide you through the 7 simple steps to running more efficiently and safely. Classes are limited to 10 participants to make sure you get the proper attention and feedback. The Introductory Workshop is offered at $80 per person and includes all course materials, take home files of your video assessment as well as cadence and tempo music play lists to use as you put the techniques in motion.

ENHANCE Running Personalized Sessions: In addition to our one-time group clinic, we are now offering personalized session packages where you can get one-on-one time to improve your running form. Even if you've already taken our introductory course, we can build on the skills you learned and further integrate them into your running.
4-session package: includes a full video running assessment as well as flexibility and strengthening exercises specific to your two most significant running technique goals. Over the course of the four 30-minute sessions you will get individualized guidance on how to best incorporate your improved technique into your training. The 4-session package is priced at $240.
7-session package: includes a full running assessment and then works through exercises and drills specific to all seven aspects of running technique. Spreading the technique lessons out over seven 30-minute sessions allows you to fully integrate your new form into your training progression for maximum results. The 7-session package is priced at $385.
